Wild Terrace, an art studio specializing in botanically-inspired gifts, was in need of product labels and packaging. With consistent usage of branding guidelines, we strived for a clean and elegant presentation, and a cohesively branded appearance across all products.
In the project above, I designed a fabric tag for all Wild Terrace tea towels and dish towels. The goal was to brand each towel in a subtle way, while also reflecting the handcrafted nature of the products. I chose gold thread on white fabric, to add a bit of “luxe” and to mimic the warm gold of Wild Terrace branding. This small detail helps Wild Terrace tea towels and dish towels stand out on store shelves and well as in the home. This project also involved researching manufacturers of tags with cost and value in mind. The fabric tags are hand stitched onto each item, adding to the handcrafted appeal of the products. In the project above, I designed belly band packaging for Wild Terrace Soap Coasters. The simple belly band was designed to easily identify each product, add brand recognition, provide care instructions, and add subtle protection to each. Created with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
In the project above, I designed box inserts for Wild Terrace Notecard Collections. The goal of each insert was to identify each collection, and display each of the five cards included with each set. Careful attention was paid to the packaging materials which included a recyclable box and insert. Created with Adobe InDesign
